Established in 1962, ASTURIAS Workshop is located in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and is an integrated handcrafting factory consisting of about 15 skilled craftsmen. In addition to classical guitars, the company also produces ukuleles and acoustic guitars, and its reasonably priced, high-quality lineup is highly regarded by many guitar fans as a popular brand of Japanese handcrafting.

This is a rare mini guitar for kids in the ASTURIAS Classic series and the model name is "CHILD". It is not currently manufactured, and even at the time, it seems to have been a model that was shipped on a limited basis. Although it is a model for kids, it has been carefully manufactured, and as an introduction for young children, it has a perfect sound and is easy to play. The exact year is unknown, but it is believed to be around 2010, and it is in very good condition except for a few small scratches on the sound board.
